I have been in GameDev for 15 years, with 10+ years specializing in Unity (C#). Upon entering college, I quickly realized that the curriculum wasn't bringing me closer to my dream, so I took ownership of my education.
I studied C# and Unity right during lectures, and at home, I turned theory into practice. This persistence led to a unique situation. While still a student, I secured a job at a company affiliated with the region's leading technical university. I developed complex 3D simulators for higher education students who were academically senior to me. This experience taught me the most important lesson: real skills and results matter more than formal credentials.
I believe the best teacher is curiosity multiplied by an engineering system.
This approach ensured rapid growth in my career. At Playgendary, I grew from a Unity Developer to a role effectively acting as a Technical Owner on major commercial projects. I learned to perform reverse engineering, recover lost knowledge, and build development processes from scratch.
Today, this experience works at Grindset Studios. This is my R&D testing ground where I create technological ecosystems and release full-cycle products. This project serves as living proof that I can turn chaos into a system.
